How we handle your data

Read this if you are about to open an account. It lists what we store, what we do not, and the simple ways to ask us to fix or delete something.

Blogifynow editorial team ·

Your rights first

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Make the request through your account page and say which of the three you want.

Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept for accounting reasons, and we will say which ones when you ask.

What sits in your account

We keep the sign-in method you chose, your balance and top-ups, invoices, and the orders you place with their target pages, keywords and status. That is the working core of the service.

Publishers add the sites they list, their prices and payout details. Browsing while signed in also creates small records such as filters you set and baskets you build.

  • Account: email address and sign-in method
  • Orders: target URL, keyword, content mode, status
  • Money: balance, invoices, payout details for publishers
  • Technical: IP address, browser type, error logs

Who else sees it

Payment processors see what they need to take your money. Hosting and email providers handle data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell personal data.

Placements are public by nature: the page you link to appears in an article on a third-party site. Do not order a link to a page you would not want associated with your name.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for sign-in and for basic measurement of how pages are used. You can block them in your browser, though sign-in then fails.

Our guides explain Google Analytics for your own blog, but that is your setup and your data. See the setup page for how to configure it responsibly.

Changes to this note

If we change this note in a meaningful way, we update the date at the top of the page and, for registered users, send a notice. Small wording fixes happen quietly.

Keeping data safe

Access is limited. We limit who inside the team can open account records and we log that access. Passwords are never stored in readable form. Short and boring, as it should be.

No system is perfect, so if we discover a breach that affects your information, we will tell you promptly and say what was involved, what we have done and what you should do next.

Children should not use the service. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under the age they can legally consent at, we will close it and delete the data.

Where data lives and how long

Data is stored with infrastructure providers chosen for reliability. We keep account and order records while your account is open, then for as long as accounting and legal duties require.

Technical logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and fixing faults. Messages about a problem are kept until the matter is settled.
