Ground rules for using Blogifynow

What we cannot promise

We sell placements, not rankings. Search engines decide where pages appear, and we cannot influence that. Do not buy expecting a position, a traffic figure or a date.

Google's spam policies treat links bought to manipulate ranking as a violation. You accept that risk when you order, and you remain responsible for the pages you promote.

Accounts and balance

One person, one account, accurate details. Keep your sign-in safe. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

You top up a balance in the dashboard. Then you spend it on orders. Top-ups are never made through the API. Invoices and proforma invoices are available from the dashboard.

Orders and content

Adding rows to the basket costs nothing. An order starts when you pay. We write the article automatically unless you supply a prompt or your own finished piece, and you must have the right to use whatever you supply.

Do not order links to illegal, hateful, deceptive or malware-laden pages. We may refuse or cancel such orders and may close the account.

Placements are intended to be permanent, but a site owner can still change or remove pages. If a placement fails to appear, tell us through your account page with the order reference and we will look into it.

Publishers

Publishers set their own prices, approve each placement and receive weekly payouts. You must own or control the site you list and must not insert hidden or misleading content.

We may remove a listing that harms readers or other users.

Ending things and changing terms

You can stop using Blogifynow whenever you like and stop at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. Questions about wording can be raised through your account page, and our about page explains who we are.

Liability in plain words

We do our best, and we are not perfect. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Fair, we think.

We are not responsible for changes made by third-party sites, search engines or payment providers, or for outcomes such as ranking changes, penalties or traffic that you hoped for.

Fair use of the service

Please do not scrape the marketplace in bulk, resell access to your account, or try to bypass limits. Short and simple.

API keys are personal. Keep them secret and rotate them if they leak, because orders placed with your key are treated as yours. AI agents connected over MCP may fill a basket, but a human approves payment.
